The meeting of scientific committee of IRC 2016 was held at executive room 02 at SBM, UUM on May 02, 2016. Total 270 papers were presented at both conference venues. The papers presented at Holiday Inn Hotel Penang were recommended for publication to various sponsoring journals.

Authors of recommended papers have been sent email requiring them to send their paper (s) to the respective journal meeting the author guidelines. The meeting was attended by the following to make recommendations.
